P.D.Samudra

P.D.Samudra (59), Executive Director-Sales and Member of the Board has completed 27 years with Uhde India. An alumnus of IIT Mumbai (Chemical Engineering), Samudra heads Uhde India's Sales & Business Development Division. He has over 36 years' experience in the selling of process technologies / plant engineering, and is a recipient of the Hans Uhde International Group Award.

He is past Chairman of the Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers - Mumbai Regional Centre, and past Chairman of Process Plant & Machinery Association of India.

Samudra is married and has 2 children.

Dr.I.Dayasagar

Dr.I.Dayasagar (61), Executive Director - Engineering and Member of the Board, is a doctorate in Chemical Engineering from IIT, Mumbai. He has been with Uhde India for 31 years, and headed the Process Engineering Department as Director - Process for several years, before being nominated to the Board of Uhde India. He has been conferred an award for Outstanding Contributions to Engineering by the Chemtech Foundation.

Dr.Dayasagar is married and has 2 children.

R.Sethuraman

R.Sethuraman (61), Executive Director-Implementation and Member of the Board, has completed 37 years with Uhde India. A graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Sethuraman heads the Implementation Division and is responsible for execution of the company's projects. Before joining the Board, he was Head of the Project Management Department. He has been instrumental in setting up the organisation's Quality Management System.

Sethuraman is married and has 2 children.

T.K.Vijayan

T.K.Vijayan (60), Executive Director - Commercial and Member of the Board, is a double graduate in Economics and Law from Mumbai University. He has completed 29 years in Uhde India and currently heads the Commercial Division.

Vijayan is married and has 2 children.

S.Rudra

S.Rudra, Executive Director – Pune Operations (61) and Member of the Board holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Durgapur. He has a total of 36 years experience in Piping Engineering and has been with Uhde India since 1986, where he has headed the company's Piping Department. In July 2004, he was designated Vice-President - Pune Office and assumed charge of the company's Pune office. Effective October 1, 2006, he is elevated to the Board of Uhde India as Executive Director - Pune Operations.

Rudra is married and has one daughter.
