We place very high emphasis on executing our Clients projects
within the stipulated time frames and budgets. In line with this client-conscious approach, each
mega-contract is implemented using a dedicated Project Execution Team comprising the Project
Manager, Engineering Managers, Lead Engineers and a carefully assembled engineering contingent
from our engineering pools. These Task Forces take care of our technical and commercial aspects
during the life of the Project.
Task Forces are assigned a special location and infrastructure in
our facilities, so as to achieve quick realisation of project milestones and seamless coordination
of all activity, between members of the team as well as between the Client, Licensor and Vendors.
For smaller projects, we adopt the Production Unit concept,
where lead team members working on the project, draw support from the centralised disciplines
and engineering pools in the organisation.
